PHANA consultation package was sent on April 30/01 to 54 senior helpers and
teachers, in addition to PHANA Council members -- a total distribution of 64.

May 30, and two reminders were sent out.

responses received were summarized in an earlier draft of the present report,
which was sent back on July 5 to the above respondents (and PHANA Council) for
comment and revision. The present
report incorporates
all further comments and revisions requested up to August 4, 2001.
