Report Part 1:  The Consultation

This part of the report summarizes the course of the consultation from April 30 to August 4, 2001.  The consultation package included the Original Consultation Cover Letter, the Questionnaire, the original consultation distribution list, and the following other documents:

 Report Part 2:  Summary of Responses

This part of the report is not posted for public Internet access for three main reasons.  The main reason is that it contains verbatim quotes from individual respondents, and permission has not been sought from these individuals to post their comments publicly.

The other two reasons are practical.  With many individual comments, this part is longer than most people will want to read (6½ pages of 10 point typeface).  Finally, Part 3 of the report (click on the links below) provides a comprehensive summary of Part 2.
