Please
tell us how you would like to be entered into the Register of Pathwork
Helpers. The most convenient way to do this is to use your email
packages reply function and then to type your response to each of the
questions below immediately after the question.
If this procedure does not work for you for some reason, please print
out this email, and then answer the printed questions in an email to me.
On
receiving your reply, I will put your information into the Register on the
PHANA web site and will email you as soon as I have done this. This will
enable you to verify that your entry in the Register is correct. You
will be able to verify your entry in the Members Directory at the same time.

Part
1 lists Helpers and Apprentices who wish to receive inquiries from potential
workers. Part 2 lists all other Helpers and Apprentices. This
arrangement helps people searching the Register for Helpers and Apprentices
who are willing to receive inquiries from potential workers, while also
shielding Helpers and Apprentices not wishing to receive these inquiries.

Examples of information you might include in your text are: your
practice location(s); qualifications; how long you have been practicing; your
main Pathwork offerings (e.g. Helper sessions and lecture study groups);
particular approaches to the Pathwork that you employ (such as 50/50); types
of issues in which you specialize; work with particular populations (e.g.
children, gay people); types of work (e.g. process groups, couples work);
normal fee scale.

It
is proposed to use email as the principal means of communicating with PHANA
members, including obtaining initial Register of Pathwork Helpers
information from them. Apart from speed and convenience, email
enables the PHANA Office to avoid keyboarding Register text saving effort,
time, and errors. An
equivalent conventional letter will be used for members not on email.
The above
email goes out to new members, following their
acceptance by PHANA Council. It serves to tell them of their acceptance
as members and to collect information needed to create their Register entries.
