4.   INFORMATION RECOMMENDED FOR INCLUSION IN PROPOSAL

The following additional information is requested to assist comparison with existing Helper training programs.

Entry Into the Program

Minimum # of years/hours of PTP normally required prior to entry into the program

Do hours from any other program qualify entrants to enter the program?  If so, what other program(s).

Minimum # of Pathwork Helpers involved in the decision to admit individual applicants into the program

# of trainees expected to be in Year 1 of the program

Training

Total # of years/Total # on-campus hours (teaching + groups + community time) over the full course of the HT program.

Total # of helpership session-hours trainees are required to have over the course of their training.
