For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, the terms “you”, “your”, or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to use or become a registered user/member on the Platform.

ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Use of Platform and Services

You agree to provide accurate and complete information to PHANA during registration or use of the Platform and shall remain solely responsible for all activities under your account.

The Platform provides content and services intended for educational, professional, regulatory, and informational purposes only, particularly relevant to private hospitals and healthcare service providers.

You agree not to misuse, copy, distribute, or republish any content or materials on the Platform without prior written consent from PHANA.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Neither PHANA nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, performance, suitability, or timeliness of the information and materials offered on this Platform or through the Services, for any specific purpose.

Such information may contain errors or inaccuracies, and PHANA expressly excludes liability for any such errors or inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Platform and its Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You are required to independently assess and verify that the Services meet your requirements. PHANA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform or Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content made available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, documents, training modules, videos, downloads, and software, is either owned by or licensed to PHANA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or use of any material from the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Modification of Services

PHANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, modify, or remove any part of the Services offered through the Platform without notice. PHANA shall not be liable to any user or third party for any such modification or discontinuation of Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
